A new study from The Journal of the American Medical Association came out last week saying that women need to exercise one hour a day to keep their weight stable as they get older. I think it is quite something that there is a study on how much women need to work out to maintain their weight as they get older but there is no mention of how much a man has to work out to maintain his weight. When you look at men and their guts after 40, I would suggest that some effort be put forth on how much time men need at the gym after 40 to keep from getting that middle age pounch.
